My Colored Mascara Collection!

I recently went through a phase of wanting to try out colored mascaras. Here’s a list of what I have:

• Inglot Color Play Mascara in 02 (it’s a mint/aqua green shade)
• Anastasia Beverly Hills Hypercolor Brow & Lash Tint in Electric Blue
• Butter London Wink Colour Mascara in Indigo Punk
• Maybelline Great Lash in Teal Appeal, Green With Envy, Wink of Pink, Vision in Violet, and I See Blue

Here are each of the mascaras. The first picture is the mascara worn alone (no eyeliner) and the second picture is the mascara worn with a similar colored eyeliner/eyeshadow. I typically wear the mascaras with the similar colored liners.

As far as the formulas/application qualities, I would say the Great Lash and Hypercolor are the best. The Inglot mascara sort of dries crunchy and doesn’t feel very nice after a few hours of wear. With the Button London mascara, at least for Indigo Punk, I have to really layer it a lot to be able to see the true color. Hypercolor has a fantastic wand but Great Lash is obviously much more affordable and also has more colors to choose from. They have 6 total (the only one I don’t have is a burgundy color called Very Berry) whereas Hypercolor only has the blue one here in addition to a purple and pink.
